Upon receiving approval to study away or abroad from OIS, apply directly to your chosen program. For most programs, this happens the semester directly before going abroad.

Programs that require nomination by Wellesley will have a distinct timeline. This will be communicated directly to students with an active 自习申请 for these programs.

Students who have ongoing health issues or concerns about managing health or medications are asked to make an appointment either with their primary care provider or with a clinician in health services. Make an appointment with the Stone Center if you have any recent history or ongoing mental health issues. - If the student withdraws or is withdrawn for any reason before or after the Program begins, 但在皇冠体育开课之前, the undersigned agrees to pay to the College all amounts owed to the Program (less what the Program returns to the College on the student's behalf). These amounts may include penalty fees for withdrawal from the Program. Please refer to the withdrawal policy for specific programs. These charges are separate and in addition to the regular billed charges at Wellesley for the following semester. Students who withdraw prior to January 1 for the spring semester or June 1 for the fall semester will be permitted to register for courses at Wellesley during the registration change period and will be eligible for, 但不能保证, 校园房屋.
- If the student withdraws for any reason after the registration change period, 该学生将被安排事假. 在退出的情况下, 在解决任何无法收回的费用后, the College will refund the amount prescribed by the Wellesley College Refund Schedule. If the amount of the refund is not sufficient to cover all unrecoverable payments or commitments made to the Program on behalf of the student, the undersigned agree to pay the balance due to Wellesley College within fifteen (15) days of such a determination. The Refund Schedule is published in the Wellesley College Bulletin.
- 如果学生被要求退出课程, the student will not be eligible for any refund or credit from Wellesley College, and will be responsible for all expenses she incurs after such withdrawal.
